The elevation is such that your boat cover and dock don't obstruct your view. Ahh, yes.  This is what we came for.  Open water views and sheltered somewhat from the wind and waves of the main body of Lake Conroe by Green Isle Beach which you see directly ahead to the left -- that's also part of Bentwater. From you air you see the rear elevation of the home, your infinity pool and your expansive dock with covered boat lift on one end and your jet ski lifts behind your open seating deck on the other. This was taken in the afternoon so you can see that the entire back area is comfortable for entertaining and relaxation. Perfect positioning for sunny mornings and afternoon shade Reclining on your chaise lounge the pool almost gives the appearance of being part of Lake Conroe. Plenty of covered area to relax between dips in the pool.  We'll be back out here later, but let's now take a look inside. Very large and welcoming foyer provides ample separation from the interior areas of the home.  The formal dining room is to the right in this photo and is concealed from the foyer by the stairway.  The doorway to the left of this photo leads to the media room and master suite. Step through the foyer and enter the main living area of the home as the family room appears with the kitchen beyond.  Wall of windows provides stunning views from every area. Spacious family room focuses on an entertainment wall and a has a gas log fireplace off to the right. Turn left and you see your very large and elegant formal dining area. Stepping in further toward the kitchen and looking back, this gives you a full perspective of the relationship to the stairway and foyer. Turn around and you're greeted by your chef's kitchen.  Let's explore... The curved breakfast bar is about 15' long. From the other side you get a look at the triangular island, with prep sink. Now we're on the other side of the kitchen looking across at your 6-burner Thermador cooktop. And here you have the full view that makes this home so special. The kitchen is the heart of every home, and this on truly has a big heart. You've likely been so focused on the appliances and view of Lake Conroe that you haven't fully realized the impressive amount of cabinet and counter space. While this is technically called the "breakfast area" it's as large as most formal dining rooms.  And what a great location!!! We're now moving toward the family room on our way to the master suite. Notice the built-in speakers around the television.  This home is served by the Savant whole-home "smart" system which drives the A/V in all rooms, lights, window coverings, door locks and security system. Headed toward the master suite, the foyer is behind you and that's Lake Conroe from your family room window. In the passage leading to the master suite, you pass a half bath with pool access. Light, bright and spacious, as it should be.  Now we'll go explore the upstairs.s As we head back toward the family room we pass the media room on the left (across from the pool bath you saw earlier) which is conveniently located on the first floor.  The room has padded fabric walls which allows movies to be enjoyed without disturbing the rest of the house. Back in the foyer, we're heading upstairs. At the top of the stairs you're greeted by a rec room complete with wet bar.  The passage seen here to the left leads to the finished area above the garage.  Let's take a look... Not your run-of-the-mill attic space.  Climate controlled and complete with A/V sound system.  This has a closet and access to a full bath, but no window so, technically, it can't be considered a bedroom.  But it sure makes a great sleeping space. We've just crossed by the wet bar and are in the adjacent full bath which also serves the guest room behind you. Guest room has great space, a walk-in closet and access to the upper deck overlooking Lake Conroe.  There's another guest suite on the other side that's a clone of this one with a reverse layout, and they're separated by a large room which we'll see next. While technically designed to be an office/study, the current owners created a "bunk house" that's been a favorite of the grand kids.  Like the adjacent bedrooms, it opens to the upper deck.
